Computer Mentor

We have a six-station computer lab that cannot be opened unless we have a volunteer willing to monitor the appropriate and correct use of the computers.

Maintenance Assistant
Assist our facilities team with maintenance projects. The projects are endless.

Special Events Program

The Samaritan Inn has several scheduled special events to help raise funds and awareness. Volunteers are needed on planning committees, specific assignments and working the day of the events to ensure their success.


Donations Program

Administrative Staff Support
Assist staff with administrative tasks and projects.  Current needs are for Front Office Hosts/Hostesses for 2-4 hour shifts, 7 days a week between the hours of 9am to 9pm

Childcare Workers
Monday through Thursday 7:00pm to 9:00pm, supervise children while their parents attend counseling and life skills classes.

Help coordinate an off campus donation or collections drive.  Paper goods, household cleaners, non-perishable & perishable food items, over the counter medications, hygiene products are but a few of the day to day items we regularly need.  You can serve as a one-time donor or a point of contact for an organization willing to receive your monthly needs list.

Friends of The Inn Thrift Center

Volunteer staff are needed from 9:15am to 4:00pm Tuesday through Saturday.  Volunteers are needed to sort, organize, price and provide customer service in our retail/resale store.  This is ideal for small groups who want to serve together.  Court Ordered service hours can be served at the Thrift Store if shifts are available.
